You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art.

Completed forms are considered first.

You will receive a zip file and a google drive link that will contain the full-sized illustration along with a version with an evident watermark.

If you need to re-upload the picture somewhere, I would appreciate it if you only upload the watermarked one, except for commercial projects where this rule may not apply.

I reserve the right of canceling your petition if I don't feel comfortable working on it or you have been proved troublesome in any way to me or other artists.

I have the freedom to slightly modify your character's design and color palette for it to fit in my art style, however, if you want me to stick to the original colors in the reference, please specify it in the form.

I will work as best as I can, but you are the one who has to make sure that whatever you order is suitable for my style so you can avoid any dissatisfaction in the future. Please refer to the "Do's and Do Not" section for more info.

As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example;

I may use and post commission pieces after I send to the customer in order to promote myself (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters or project). Please, let me know if you wish for the artwork to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet!

You are NOT ALLOWED to:

Change, modify, or use my works for purposes that weren't discussed in the initial project.

Take credit for the art nor remove my watermarks/signatures.

Use any of my creations in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Any commission for comercial use will have an extra fee!

WHAT COUNTS AS COMMERCIAL USE?

Level 1 - When the artwork is NOT the bulk of the product.
Examples; promotional material, CD cover, game assets, business cards, etc; including Patreon, Youtube, store assets...
In this case, the above prices are multiplied x2.

Level 2 - When the artwork IS the bulk of the product and you're reproducing or selling it.
Examples; body pillow, postcard, prints, merchandise, etc.
In this case, the above prices are multiplied x3.

WHAT IS NOT COMMERCIAL USE?

Using the artwork as an icon/avatar for non-profit sites (such as your personal DeviantArt or Twitter), using it as your phone/computer background, or printing it to decorate your room (single copy).

Please add full references. If the desing is too dificult/complex, the price might be increased (I'll let you know).

Only pay after I confirm your commission. Any payment before will be considered a donation

I acept payment through Wise only (USD or EUR).

Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

Partial payments may be discussed for some commercial projects.

Please don't rush me. Commissions may take anywhere from 1 week - 6 weeks to complete from the moment I start working on your illustration depending on the commission type and my available time.

I will not start your commission until the payment is fully received.

I can make 2 commissions at the same time, others will be on a waitlist in order of payment, you can check the list clicking here.

I will send WIP sketches to you whenever I can. Edits are allowed only in the sketch phase.

I will send your finished artwork throught email.

I may post commissions pieces after I send them to you. Please, let me know if you would like me to not post them publicly!
